With all of the uncertainty that is going on in the world around us right now, it can be easy to get lost in a sea of worry. We rely on the news for up to the minute coverage, with the latest stats and numbers, but that can easily become overwhelming and scary as we watch and wait.
In these unprecedented times, where no one really knows the long term effects of this virus on society as a whole, it’s mentally helpful if we can remain positive. Sure, we could sit around and wring our hands, pace the floors, worry, and fret, but that’s not really helping anything, especially our mental state.
